Yesterday was a nice and sunny day for me to go out and meet up with a friend over coffee and discuss various points about business. Having done that, she soon dropped me off to TJMaxx to search for cute stationery (our convo led down to journals and writing). I could find nothing of interest but what did catch my eye was the hair products! If you're aware of places like Burlington's and TJ Maxx, then you know that they have amazing items for such a great price!
I made a few purchases there, getting also Chi's Infra Treatment and Nexxus's Pro-Mend treatment that supposedly mends up split-ends. I will do a review on this product.
then proceeded to walk down to Sally's Beauty Supply store and try ONE MORE TIME to search for Aphogee's protein treatment (the day before, I automatically assumed it was in the "people of color" isle since I usually saw POC's use it online but something told me to look in the general section of haircare products heheh). When I say I was excited to find what I was looking for, I was excited to find what I was looking for! As soon as I reached for the 16 oz., I saw the prices and bounced my hand back lol and saw the mini 4 oz. for about $7 (my mom had a pro card so I got it for a little cheaper). I ended up getting two and the lady at the register told me the Apogee product had a buy two get one free deal!!! Guess who hopped back to get a third bottle? I'm going to do a review on this product also.
I then browsed around at Target. For Target, I usually browse the cosmetics and skincare isles, the hair care isle and the stationery isles. I didn't find anything worthy of the said sections but eventually moved on to the stationery and crafts area and found this beautiful notebook! It's so pretty, I don't even want to write in it. The lady who helped me was so nice and her hair and makeup was. So. Fire.
Anyways, I don't know if I should use this journal for my meetings and mentoring or for my hair journey.. It was $8.99 T_T so I need to make the best of this little guy!

I say welcome back as in welcome back to my life again because this anime series was SO apart of my childhood and it's the type of reminiscence that brings tears to my eyes also. I'm hoping to also gain readers who watches a little anime too.
Inuyasha's genre fraction-wise is 3/4 action and 1/4 comedy with a liiiittle spin or romance but not overdone. It's about a young teenage girls who ends up in a detention, feudal Japan (if I'm not mistaken, around the 1400s-1800s of Japan). During this period, many demons lurk and they all want the Sacred Jewel of the Four Souls. This jewel is very powerful and for a demon to consume it is pretty much bad. They go from level 1 threat to level 99 threat.
The teenage girl, Kagome, ends up running into, Inuyasha, a silver-haired half-demon who is ill-tempered, rude, and pretty much a hot head. They end up joining parties although Inuyasha isn't too fond of her. At some point, Kagame shatters the jewel into many pieces and it scatters.
It's now up to Kagome and Inuyasha to find all pieces and keep evil away from getting even the tiniest piece of a shard (if the demon already has a piece, of course, they fight) being put into the wrong hands is considered dangerous. They also tag along with a few more friends.

![]() ![]() Her hair is so long, thick, and beautiful! This is her Youtube channel. As far as seeing into the future goes, I can imagine my hair looking like her hair as far as her thickness goes. Other people and their long hair, I can't see my hair looking like theirs because mine is so thick and unruly (which I am kinda grateful for). Although I want beautiful, long, healthy hair, there are some things I'm just not doing right! These are my main problem areas:
So, it's been about a month now and I def. feel some new growth. I'm not even sure if it's because of me adding my monistat+water+mahabringaraj oil mixture to my scalp, or was this actually just "over the time" growth (maybe both, obviously). The new growth from my edges are really nice. I always get growth from there, but when I start to get growth from my nape and edges, I know it's real. Also, I should keep up with my moni+water+mahab mix to see how that turns out, although one of the side effects of using monistat in the hair is headaches here and there.. And I also have a lot of test runs to do, like trying the inversion method with my little mix, the inversion method while drinking bamboo tea, GHE while doing the inversion method, etc etc. I don't know, honestly. How ever will I wash away my top four problems regarding my hair journey? I just want long, beautiful black hair :3 I'll be there with the rest of those WOC ladies that have achieved their hair goal though! Labels: hair, hair journey, hinspiration ❝ Birthday. ❞

Today is my birthday, and I had a small amount of excitement, I might add. Since my 17th birthday, I never really felt SUPER excited for my birthday, let alone trying to let everyone (friends, family, co-workers) that it's my birthday.. for what? It's like you spewing, "Hey, it's my birthday so give me attention and ask me all kinds of questions!". I'm just the low key type of person who kind of hates attention like that.
One thing I loved most today, though, is that many wished me a happy birthday! I'm thankfully for that to be honest. No getting any presents doesn't down me either. It's not like the world has to stop all because of a particular day you came out of your mom .-.
I did go to Byerly's for a little sweets to celebrate though. My mom insisted yet it was hard to choose what I wanted. Byerly's is the luxury of grocery stores. It's VERY clean and the shelves never fail to look nice and tidy. It quiet, smells appropriate, nothing sleezy. It's all about upperclass in there! Here is a nice-sized slice of pastry. I thought it was some sort of chocolate from the looks of it, but the areas that look like it is actually coffee flavored .-. I payed $14 so I'm going to finish it anyway (yeah, this place is expensive too). This was my all time favorite though. It was only around $5 and the quality is amazing. It's Creme Brûlée with cute little raspberries on top :3 along with a white chocolate coin with the store's logo printed on it. I don't have a huge, special lifestyle, but I am buffing myself up to make that dream come true. Although I'm not big on my birthday, I do have a reason for that. It's simply because I know I wouldn't be able to celebrate it I want to, as far as finances and travel goes. I have expensive tastes and I want to set myself up where I can handle all of that! I'm sure you guys have nice plans for your birthdays or you had one already that turned out really well. Labels: featured, food, life, photography ❝ Nostalgia. ❞
